No requirement was missed here. V-000 exists so that anyone reading the record can see the exact format a real entry takes before one exists. The log proper starts at V-001, and every real entry is permanent.
August 13, 2026 · Day 1 — a real entry carries the date of the missed requirement.
None — a real entry names the failed item verbatim: the missed inspection video, photo set, weight entry, or tracker update.
Specimen — a real entry is always one of the three states walked through below.

The three states of a real entry
The 10 PM check found a requirement missing and entered it automatically — declared from the record, not by anyone's judgment. The site carries a factual notice on every page while the entry is open, and the corrective session is due within 72 hours.
The corrective session — corner time, 10 / 20 / 30 minutes by level — has been recorded in one unbroken take and submitted. Submission resolves the entry; this state only appears while the filing is in flight.
Submitting the recorded session resolves the entry — the published YouTube posting is the evidence. The Accountability Partner reviews it and may overrule, reopening the entry, if it fails the standard. The entry, and the published recording beside it, remain permanently.
